We have to be an example to be followed in the country we live in, to show we do everything in order to serve a decent economy. We have to be able to follow the newest legal changes and to be able do our business according to them (eg.: crop protection chemicals prescriptions). That is how our team can tell how many opportunities we have, and how big is the team we belong to, where everybody acts according to the law. Wherever our partners show up in the world, they can tell, they do business with the one they can be proud of.

After analyzing the market information we have to work out the next step in the business in order to be innovative and to create value for the partners.

After two years I coordinated the work of the existing sales team as a Regional Sales Manager. After two years I won my current position, I work as a National Sales Manager for three years.
